This moment in time took place at a Pacific Grove beach on the Monterey Bay. The sky coloration was so incredible that I knew that it had to be captured on canvas. This late afternoon experience was so breathtaking that I tried so diligently to do justice to what had captivated me.
About Del Malonee
Del was born and raised in California. He is married and the father of three children. After college he began what he considers an ongoing life style of being self-taught. During his late twenties, he began his own sign/graphics business. Later he became art director for two electric sign corporations, one being the nation’s largest. He has freelanced doing full color architectural renderings for architects and developers in California and Nevada. For many years Del has had a strong passion for the ocean.
